i'm in a much better

i'm in a much better mood than I was since the last post (however that
still leaves me sitting at about -8 out of 10), and surprisingly
passionate about something...as i have a new toy
to play with at work that will allow me to create a really, rich
application for all of our students...hopefully I'll be able to develop
various back end systems to allow me to create a front end that will
run anywhere, is user customisable and automatically updated. and with
the built in payments system it might even be possible to allow users
to access courses only after paying for them...maybe give them a couple
of days chance to access it...there are lots of possibilities, and as
its all flash based, it shouldn't be too difficult to have run in a
normal browser as well...
Its definately one of the perks of working at a uni: i get a chance to
"play" with stuff and develop new applications for both new
technologies as well as older ones....and get paid to do it too!
